• Home Marketing Assistance
  We provide professional marketing expertise and support to the transferee to help them sell their home at the highest sales price and in the shortest amount of time. A Corporate Relocation Consultant will work closely with the real estate broker to develop an effective marketing strategy consisting of the most competitive list price and negotiate offers with the potential buyer.
• Buyer Value Option Program (BVO)
  A consultant will guide the transferee through the process beginning with the Home Marketing Assistance Program and support them until the final sale. This program allows the client to tax protect the home sale transaction rather than reimbursing the employee directly.
• Guaranteed Buyout Program (GBO) and Amended Value Sale (AV)
  For Guaranteed Buyout Programs, Corporate Relocation will assist the relocating employee with marketing their home, purchase the home at the appraised value, fund the equity and manage the marketing and resale in a manner that is cost effective for our clients. If it is an Amended Value Program, Corporate Relocation will purchase the employee’s home based on the outside offer, fund the equity and close with the buyer.
• Closing Services
  A consultant works closely with all closing participants for a smooth and timely transaction by ensuring the closer has all necessary documentation, the Settlement Agent and Broker know their respective responsibilities, approve preliminary closing figures, confirm actual closing date/ time and approve final closing expenses.
• Home Purchase
  During the relocation process, the Relocation Consultant will identify housing needs and quality of life requirements with the transferee. Our consultants are equipped to assist not only with agent referrals but also providing tools to help your employee make informed decisions for this move and potential relocations in the future.
• Property Management
  Corporate Relocation offers US Domestic and international residential property management services to your employees on assignment.
